Terms and Conditions
These terms explain how ZORA Music Studio handles free trial classes, paid online classes, payments, scheduling, student conduct, course material, and website use. By using the website, booking a free trial class, contacting us, or making a payment, you agree to these terms.
1. About ZORA Music Studio
ZORA Music Studio provides online music production, sound engineering, beat production, vocal tuning, mixing, mastering, and related learning services through live 1-on-1 Zoom classes.
The classes are designed for learners who want personal guidance, structured practice, and feedback while building their music production skills.
2. Website Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the website, attempt to damage it, copy its content without permission, submit false information, or interfere with its normal operation.
3. Course Information
Course details, pricing, duration, bonuses, and schedules can change from time to time. The final plan, price, payment rhythm, and class schedule are confirmed with the student before paid classes begin.
Class timings are arranged based on mutual availability between the student and ZORA Music Studio.
4. Free Trial Class and Enrollment
Submitting a form, sending a WhatsApp message, or booking a free trial class does not automatically guarantee enrollment. ZORA Music Studio can accept or decline further paid classes based on availability, course fit, communication, and practical scheduling.
5. Payments
For the current weekly postpaid plan, payment is collected after every 3 completed paid classes. If a different payment plan is agreed, the payment timing will be confirmed with the student before paid classes begin.
International payments can be collected in CAD, USD, INR, or another suitable currency depending on location and payment method. Any payment gateway fees, bank charges, currency conversion differences, or PayPal charges are controlled by the payment provider, not by ZORA Music Studio.
6. Attendance and Scheduling
Students are expected to attend classes on time. If a student joins late, the class can still end at the original scheduled time.
Rescheduling is allowed only when the student informs ZORA Music Studio in advance and the new timing is approved. Repeated cancellations, late attendance, or no-shows can affect future scheduling.
7. Student Responsibility
The student is responsible for having a working computer, stable internet connection, headphones or speakers, and the software or tools discussed during the course.
ZORA Music Studio can guide students on software, plugins, samples, and equipment, but the student is responsible for installing, managing, licensing, and safely using those tools.
8. Results Disclaimer
ZORA Music Studio provides education, guidance, feedback, and professional direction. Results depend on the student's practice, consistency, learning speed, creativity, and effort.
ZORA Music Studio does not guarantee that a student will earn money, become a professional producer, get clients, get placements, or achieve any specific commercial result.
9. Intellectual Property
Website content, course structure, written material, branding, visuals, teaching methods, and original resources provided by ZORA Music Studio remain the property of ZORA Music Studio unless stated otherwise.
Students must not copy, resell, record, redistribute, upload, or publicly share course material, private class recordings, resources, or paid content without written permission.
10. Student Work
Music created by the student remains the student's own work. If ZORA Music Studio contributes production, arrangement, mixing, mastering, composition, or creative work beyond teaching, ownership and usage terms should be discussed separately before release or commercial use.
11. Communication
Communication can happen through WhatsApp, email, Zoom, website forms, Instagram, or another agreed platform. Students are expected to communicate respectfully and professionally.
Abusive behavior, spam, harassment, non-payment, or misuse of communication channels can result in cancellation of services.
12. Limitation of Liability
ZORA Music Studio is not responsible for losses caused by internet issues, device problems, software errors, payment gateway issues, third-party platforms, or the student's inability to attend or practice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZORA Music Studio's liability is limited to the amount paid by the student for the specific service in question.
13. Third-Party Services
The website and classes can use third-party platforms such as Zoom, WhatsApp, PayPal, Google, Meta, or other tools. Their own terms and policies apply. ZORA Music Studio is not responsible for technical issues, policy changes, charges, restrictions, or outages caused by third-party services.
14. Changes to These Terms
ZORA Music Studio can update these Terms and Conditions when needed. The updated version will be posted on this website with a revised last updated date.
